Qi Gong

Crane Qi Gong is formally called Soaring Crane Qi Gong, or Crane in the short form. Created in 1979 by Master Zhao Jinxiang, Crane Qi Gong simulates the movement of Crane.

Crane is dedicated to let our customers enjoy the real benefit from Qi Gong, heal illness and stay healthy. 

Sacred Way is pleased to offer 3 convenient class weekly Qi Gong classes hosted by the outstanding and highly qualified practitioners from Crane Qi Gong. 

Wissam Dagher is our certified Qi Gong instructor.  He earned his ceritifications at the Transformational Arts College in Toronto in 2001 and has been practicing Karate, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi at Classical Martial Arts Canada since 2002.  He hold a Level I Nei Chi Instructor in Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
